Ladies Luncheon Activities bring women together in a warm and welcoming space to enjoy good food, meaningful conversations, and uplifting moments. These gatherings celebrate connection, confidence, and community, creating an inclusive environment where every woman feels valued, heard, and empowered.

Personal grooming plays a powerful role in building confidence, independence, and wellbeing for NDIS participants. Simple routines like haircuts and maintaining a neat appearance can boost self-esteem, support emotional health, and encourage greater social participation. With the right disability support, these everyday moments become meaningful opportunities for self-expression, dignity, and empowerment—helping participants feel confident, valued, and ready to engage with the world around them.

Our Riverland Lifestyles participants enjoyed another fantastic week of activities, adapting beautifully to changes and achieving great outcomes. With school holidays underway, our inclusive programs continue to offer fun, skill-building activities for all ages.

Option 2 – Short & Inviting

Support workers Ash and Munish guided participants through an authentic butter chicken recipe, assisting with ingredient preparation and cooking. From cutting tomatoes and coriander to adding chicken and spices, everyone was actively involved. The result was a flavoursome, mild dish enjoyed together as a shared lunch.

More than just biscuits, A.B’s Biscuits are a participant-led initiative that promotes inclusion, skill-building, and opportunity—baked with pride and purpose.

Participants rolled up their sleeves for a fun-filled cooking activity, developing everyday life skills while enjoying great food, teamwork, and a sense of achievement.
